It is our understanding that at each site there are an operational SPC and a number of spares. Operational and
spare units total nine units.
‐ Tautona three units
‐ Mponeng six units
TCL will provide an engineer from the UK to calibrate and test all nine SPU’s at the Tautona and Mponeng
mines. Workscope will include: ‐
‐ Compile test procedure
‐ Shipping test equipment to site
‐ For each FCU
– Connection of test equipment
– Injection of engine parameters to simulate engine running
– Calibration and adjustment as necessary
– Gas turbine running tests to check calibration
‐ Produce test report
